All items that are in stock at the time of purchase will be shipped within one (1) business day of the date we receive clear funds in payment for those items and their shipping. Exceptions being the Christmas and New Year period where longer delays can be expected. We encourage clients ordering products for delivery prior to Christmas to place their orders on or before 4th of December.
If an item purchased is not in stock, we will inform of the expected date of dispatch by way of email as soon as possible.
We do not accept goods for exchange unless those goods are proven to be faulty as a result of manufacturing defect. Faulty goods are to be returned to Blu Warehouse, 16 Runyon Rd, MIDVALE WA 6056 at your cost. All items are to be packaged appropriately for shipping as damaged goods will not be accepted for exchange. Shipping costs for exchange items will be covered by Blu Warehouse
All claims for returns must be lodged within 7 days of receipt of the goods. No claims will be accepted after this time.
